On the morning of August 9, 2025, at 2:15 a.m., Ben left this world peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. Born in Las Vegas to Charles W. A. Lynch and Cynthia V. Jim, Ben was a proud Pauite/Shoshone Native American whose deep roots in Pahrump shaped his life and legacy.

A graduate of Pahrump Valley High School, Ben devoted 35 years to Las Vegas Paving as a skilled heavy-duty mechanic, respected for his work ethic, reliability, and easy smile. He was always ready to lend a hand, share a story, or offer one of his thoughtful philosophies on life.

Ben's greatest pride was his family. He is survived by his children, Viola Knape and Leland Lynch; his grandchildren, Aubree Burton,Noah Knape, Alex Knape,Zyler Knape,and his brothers, Greg Lynch, Eddie Jim, and Charles Lynch, along with many other relatives and friends who will forever carry his memory.

Those who knew Ben will remember his kindness, his dedication to helping others, and the way he made people feel seen and valued. His presence was a steady anchor in the lives of those he loved.
