Pahrump, NV - Jacqueline "Jackie" Brooks

October 18, 1941 - August 4, 2026

Jacqueline "Jackie" Brooks passed away peacefully in her Pahrump home on August 4, 2026, at the age

of 84. Just as she had wished, Jackie was able to remain in the comfort of her own home, with her

daughter, Andrea, by her side.

Jackie was born in Greeley, Colorado, but grew up in San Diego, California.

After marrying Lee Brooks in 1988, she moved from Ramona, California, to Pahrump, Nevada, where

she and Lee made their home for nearly four decades. Jackie worked for the Nye County Courthouse,

starting as a clerk and retiring as a paralegal.

Jackie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Lee Brooks; her daughter, Evette; her stepdaughter,

Jessica; and her sister, Glenda.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Andrea (Michael); her stepdaughter, Sandy (Arnie);

her grandchildren, Lindsay (Spencer) and Loren; and her great-grandchildren, Emily, Logan, and

Wesley.

In accordance with Jackie's wishes, there will be no formal service. Jackie was cremated, and her

remains were laid to rest at Chief Tecopa Cemetery alongside her husband, Lee.

Jackie's family will remember her life with love and carry her memory with them always
