NADINE JEAN CHURCH

October 20, 1934 - July 17, 2026

Nadine Jean Church, age 91, passed away July 17, 2026. Nadine was surrounded by her children and grandchildren when she passed. Nadine was born October 20,1934 in Wilgus, Ohio. She was the daughter of Virgil and Sylvia Vititoe and was one of eight children. Nadine married Fred Allen Church on December 23, 1952. She was his wife and then widow upon his passing on September 16, 2013. Nadine was a retired Day Care Director. Even after her retirement, her children from the day care would call and visit her.

Nadine was an excellent cook and her biscuits and gravy were requested by every relative who visited her. She also made platters of Christmas cookies to give to friends and family every Christmas until age 91. Nadine was an avid bowler since the 1960's. She bowled with her husband, Fred, on a league from the 1970's until the 2000's. Nadine also loved to play video poker and was very lucky at it.

This amazing woman was loved and admired by all who knew her. Nadine now dwells in the House of the Lord with her husband, Fred, by her side once again, together and forever in Eternity.

Nadine was preceded in death by her spouse Fred Allen Church. She leaves behind two sons; Auery Allen and Kenneth Ray Church, 2 daughters; Nita Ruth Lucas and Deborah Jean Hollis, 13 grandchildren, and many great and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Lee Funeral Home, 720 Buol Road, Pahrump, NV on August 7th at 10am. Final resting will be with her husband, Fred, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetary.
