Susan Newson, 81, of Laveen, Arizona passed away June 9, 2025 from complications of a lung infection. Her family was by her side when he passed. She was born to Ramon and Soledad Reyes of Diamond Bar, California on October 16th 1943.

Susan moved to Arizona from Pahrump in 2017 following the death of her husband. Susan enjoyed baseball, antiques, and the Hallmark Channel. She was a crafter and made baby blankets for her grandchildren. Susan was dedicated to her family and exemplified what a loving mother should be.

Susan was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years William Newson who passed in 2015. She also follows her father, mother, and sister Linda. She leaves behind her three children, in whom she took great pride and loved deeply, Eric Smith, Gary Newson, and Terrie Letterio, her six grandchildren Mitchell Smith, Alexandrea Newson, Justin Smith, Austin Smith, Hannah Ray, and Nolan Smith, and eight great grand children.
